BlackBull Junk Removal & Hauling pricing structure

Our junk removal pricing is based on the amount of space your items occupy in our dump trailer.

We calculate pricing by the portion of the trailer your junk fills, with rates ranging from our minimum charge of $100 up to $470 for a full trailer load.Our dump trailer measures 14 feet long by 7 feet wide and has a capacity of approximately 11 cubic yards.If your junk exceeds the capacity of one full trailer load, an additional trailer load will be charged based on the volume removed.

You only pay for the space your junk takes up in the trailer—not for unused space.

Our STOP-N-LOAD service is the most affordable option. If your junk is placed in an easily accessible location, such as the curb, driveway, garage, back alley, or another area where we can safely stop and load, no additional labour charges will apply.

If our team is required to collect items from inside your home, basement, garage, backyard, upper floors, or another location on your property, additional labour charges may apply.

Labour charges are based on:

• The location and accessibility of the items.
• The difficulty of the removal.
• The number of labourers required.
• Special requests or handling requirements.
• Site conditions or hazards.

Labour is charged starting at $50 per hour, per labourer, billed in 30-minute increments.

Our trailer load pricing includes up to 1 tonne (2,200 lbs.) of material.

Loads exceeding 1 tonne (2,200 lbs.) may be subject to a weight surcharge.

Our dump trailer has a maximum hauling capacity of 2.3 tonnes (5,000 lbs.) per load.

If your materials reach the trailer's maximum weight capacity before it is full by volume, an additional trailer load will be required and charged accordingly.

We do not charge a travel fee for jobs located within Saskatoon city limits.For locations outside Saskatoon city limits, a distance surcharge of $1.00 per kilometre will apply. A deposit is required before your appointment is confirmed.

Any applicable travel charges will be discussed and approved before your service is scheduled.

We offer free estimates by phone, text, or email.

To provide the most accurate estimate, please include:

• 2–5 photos taken from different angles showing as much of the junk or items as possible.
• Your name and contact information.
• The service address.
• A brief description of the junk or items to be removed.
• The location of the items (e.g., basement, garage, backyard, second floor, curbside, etc.).
• Any special requests or information that may affect the job (e.g., heavy items, stairs, limited access, or time restrictions).

In most cases, we can provide a price estimate based on the photos and information you send. However, because we have not inspected the items in person, the estimate is not guaranteed and may change once we arrive on-site.

If you accept the estimate, we will schedule your appointment. Upon arrival, we will confirm the final price before any work begins. Once you approve the price, we will remove your items, and payment is due in full upon completion of the job.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. We recommend confirming current pricing when booking your service.

Unless otherwise stated, all quoted prices include:

• GST
• Disposal fees
• Landfill fees

 We also provide A-to-B hauling and delivery services for equipment, construction materials, gravel, sand, dirt, snow, and other approved materials.

To receive a free estimate, please provide:

• Photos of the items or materials to be hauled.
• Pickup and delivery locations.
• Estimated volume and weight.
• Approximate distance.
• Any special instructions or site access information.

Our trailer has a maximum load capacity of 2.3 tonnes (5,000 lbs.) per load.

We provide free estimates for small demolition projects, including decks, sheds, fences, hot tubs, play structures, and other similar structures. 

 We are a fully licensed and insured junk removal service.

Payment is due in full upon completion of the job. A receipt will be provided.

For larger jobs requiring multiple full trailer loads or the removal of a significant volume or weight of materials, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Commercial clients may pay by approved Purchase Order (PO) if arrangements are made in advance.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

To avoid this fee, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
